Yoga and acupuncture are a match made in heaven.
Whether you’re new to acupuncture, yoga, or you love them both, this is a great introductory class to combine these healing modalities in one relaxing Sunday evening. During this workshop, you will learn about how Traditional Chinese Medicine and yoga can work together to release tension, promote relaxation, and generate body awareness. With the support of a yoga instructor, we will begin the process of moving energies in the body. After the movement piece in complete, you will take a final resting pose and an acupuncturist will perform acupuncture on you. As you rest, let the healing power of plants and natural medicine do it’s work. You’ll leave class feeling grounded, connected, and on cloud 9.
