Kingsway offers non-profit organizations the opportunity to utilize the shopping centre's common area as a means of getting your message out to the general public and for accepting donations to help your organization reach its fundraising goals. Space is available to organizations free of charge for use of fundraising, awareness or information displays for a maximum of one week each year (subject to availability). Our goal is to accommodate as many organizations as possible and ensure that you will get the exposure you need.

ELIGIBILITY:

• You must have a registered non-profit number (official & produced by the government)
• All funds for collection must be for the benefit of the organization that they are registered for.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

• A written application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the date requested. To book your space, please fill out the online form and submit it to Abegail Sun or fax the same information to her attention at (780) 477-0679.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A temporary lease agreement for common space will be drawn with all the details and will be executed as soon as the application is approved.
• Upon approval of your application, we will require Insurance Certificate for Liability Coverage. Insurance policy must have inclusive limits of not less than $5 million dollars, unless otherwise outlined in your lease agreement.
