Rules & Regulations

1. Contest is open to residents of Alberta aged 12 and older at the time of entry (accompanied by parent or legal guardian’s consent if under 18 years of age). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the contest is not open to employees and immediate family of OPGI Management GP Inc. (“Kingsway Mall”) Sun Media, Universal Music Canada and their affiliates and their advertising and promotional agencies and persons with whom they are domiciled.
      
2. No purchase necessary to enter. Contest closes on August 27, 2010 at 8:59 p.m.
   
   
3. By entering this contest, entrants are deemed to have accepted the rules set out below (which are subject to change without notice), and consent to the use of their names, and/or photographs for publicity purposes without compensation.
   
   
4. Contest entrants may enter the contest by either one or both of the following two ways.  1) Entries will be printed daily in the Edmonton Sun Aug. 22 to August 27, 2010. Completed entries must be dropped off at the draw box located at the Guest Services, Main Level, Kingsway Mall before 8:59 p.m. on August 27, 2010. 2) a large 4 foot by 4 foot facsimile of the Justin Bieber ‘My World 2.0’ album cover (“Large Album Cover”) will be placed at a different location somewhere within Kingsway Mall daily. Contest Entrants must find the Large Album Cover in the mall and take a photo of themselves with the Large Album Cover and post the same photo on the Kingsway Mall’s Facebook page.  Any inappropriate images will be automatically disqualified.  One entry per person per day for each entry method.  
    
   
5. A total of Four (4) My World Ultimate VIP Experience tickets with a total value of $1,476.00 are available to be won.  There will be 2 prizes consisting of 2 tickets each,  plus winners will also have a meet and greet session with Justin Bieber on the day of the concert in Edmonton, Alberta (value – priceless).
    
   
6. All prizes will be awarded on August 31, 2010 at noon. Winners will be chosen by random draw, by Kingsway Mall management.  Winners will also be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All entries that are inappropriate, that have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules herein may be disqualified by Kingsway Mall. Kingsway Mall is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this contest. All entries become the property of Kingsway Mall and will not be returned
   
   
7. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone with further instructions on how to claim his/her prize. If the selected entrant cannot be located, does not respond within 10 days of notification, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question or declines to sign the declaration and release (as specified in Paragraph 10 below), the entrant forfeits the prize and the prize will be awarded to an alternate entrant.
    
   
8. Kingsway Mall, the sponsors and their advertising and promotional agents assume no liability for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any problems or mechanical or technical malfunction of, or damage to, any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, or failure of any entry to be received by Kingsway Mall for any reason, including on account of mechanical or technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof for damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer or for breaches of privacy due to interference by third-party computer "hackers." The sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the sponsors corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should an attempt be made to do so, the Sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. All entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, incomplete, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.
    
   
9. The Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations.
   
   
10. Entrants eligible to receive a prize will be required to sign a declaration confirming understanding and acceptance and compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of a prize and a release satisfactory to Kingsway Mall before being declared a winner.  Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be converted in cash or for another prize.
     
    
11. Kingsway Mall, in their absolute discretion, reserve the right to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of the unavailability of any component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
     
    
12. Kingsway Mall shall not be held accountable or responsible for misdirected phone calls, interruption in telephone service, busy signals and/or any other difficulty in contacting a contestant by phone.
     
    
13. Kingsway Mall reserves the right to discontinue the contest or alter the rules at anytime. Kingsway Mall reserves the right to remove any entry deemed inappropriate without prior notice.  Any dispute relating to the contest (including, without limitation, a dispute as to whether an entrant has complied with all of the official rules and regulations) shall be resolved by Kingsway Mall in its sole and absolute discretion.  All decisions of Kingsway Mall shall be final and binding
    
    
14. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Kingsway Mall, their affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, advertisers, advertising and promotion agencies their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of the contest and the use of the prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claiming to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judges.
     
    
15. Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Kingsway Mall for the purpose of administering this contest. By entering this contest, you consent to the manner of collection, use and disclosure of personal information.
