Reporting to the Store Manager, the Floor Manager is responsible for managing the store when the Store, Associate, and Assistant Manager are not working. The Floor Manager will also be required for effectively leading the floor to maximize operational objectives and sales results. This is a great opportunity to develop your management skills while still maintaining your sales and customer focus.
Required Skills:

- Generate sales and exceed the applicable sale per hour standard.
- Identify the needs of our customers and exceed their expectations all of the time.
- Maintain the store to ensure our customers enjoy a relaxed and comfortable environment.
- Utilize our systems to ensure our customers time is our number priority.

- Possesses strong communication, interpersonal and problem resolution skills
- Strong work ethic
- Open availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, store openings and other special events according to the needs of the business
Experience: Retail and sales experience preferred. 1 year progressively responsible retail management experience an asset.
